My journey began long before I became a therapist.
Since an early age, I have been fascinated by people, movement, nature and the
invisible connection between body, emotions and wellbeing.
Over the years, I travelled through different countries, cultures and traditions, searching
not only for knowledge, but for a deeper understanding of life itself.
The world became my classroom.
The body became my compass.
Healing became my way home.
Travelling through Australia, Brazil, Madagascar, Tanzania, India, Indonesia, Thailand,
Spain and Portugal allowed me to experience many different ways of living, caring and
healing.
Each place became a teacher.
Each encounter left an imprint.
Each experience shaped what would later become Fly-In Therapy.
Alongside my travels, I explored bodywork, movement, meditation, fascia, nervous
system regulation, therapeutic touch, art therapy and ancient healing traditions.
What I discovered was simple:
The body holds stories.
The body remembers.
And when we create the right conditions — through safety, presence and touch — the
body naturally begins to reorganise, soften and heal.
Today I welcome private clients, collaborate with luxury wellness spaces and continue
to develop Fly-In Therapy as a living and evolving method.
AUSTRALIA
Awakened curiosity.
Living close to nature and different cultures expanded my understanding of freedom,
movement and the many ways human beings relate to life.
BRAZIL
Taught me about community, joy and connection.
I experienced how healing can happen not only through techniques, but through
relationships, music, movement and shared experiences.
MADAGASCAR & TANZANIA
I experienced Vipassana meditation and periods of silence and
breathwork.
These experiences revealed the transformative power of stillness, observation and
presence.
Sometimes healing begins when we stop trying to change ourselves and simply learn to
listen.
INDIA
Marked a profound turning point.
During a period of physical recovery, I discovered Ayurveda and began exploring the
relationship between body, mind and spirit.
Later, in Rishikesh, I deepened my practice through Kundalini Yoga, meditation and
self-inquiry.
India taught me that healing is not only physical.
It is a process of remembering, listening and returning to ourselves.
INDONESIA
I experienced Vipassana meditation and periods of silence and breathwork.
These experiences revealed the transformative power of stillness, observation
and presence.
Sometimes healing begins when we stop trying to change ourselves and simply
learn to listen.
THAILAND
Here I studied Chi Nei Tsang (internal organs massage), Taoist philosophy and Tai Chi.
I also experienced a Dark Retreat inspired by Taoist traditions — an immersive practice
of silence, sensory withdrawal and self-awareness.
These teachings deepened my understanding of energy, movement, the organs, the
nervous system and the body's innate intelligence.
BARCELONA & MADRID
I continued my studies in Art Therapy while working in luxury wellness Spa.
This experience allowed me to integrate creativity, aesthetics and therapeutic care,
understanding that healing is also an experience of beauty, presence and attention
to detail.
While iIn Madrid I experience the Method Feldenkrais
PORTUGAL
Returning to Portugal brought everything together.
Fly-In Therapy emerged naturally through years of exploration, practice, study and
thousands of hours working with people.
It is not a fixed method.
It is a living practice.
An integration of all the places, teachers, experiences and wisdom that have shaped
my path.
